The company provides 3-year guarantee to keep the product in good repair since the product is delivered. We won’t provide the guarantee service under the following situations: the products damaged by force majeure (such as flood and fire and so on), environment, climate effect, other external factors like unstable power supply, computer problems and improper operation (such as switching and wiring), besides, misapplication, abuse, components replacement and maintenance activity without our authorization.

During the guaranty time, the company will make decision on the defective product to be repaired or be replaced according to our judgment.
